Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is offering a paid internship in the Operational Risk Management (ORM) Department at our Pittsburgh main office.

The program provides hands-on experience across engagement planning, evidence evaluation and reporting while interacting with professionals throughout the bank. Interns will learn risk management concepts, regulatory considerations and banking operations, rotating through multiple support areas such as Finance, Marketing, HR, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an undergraduate bachelor program in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing or IT.
• 0 years of prior work experience required for internship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ORM-focused training to understand department workflow.
• Shadow ORM staff and project leaders on weekly activities.
• Assist in planning, engagement letters, questionnaires and data requests.
• Interview individuals for assigned projects and help evaluate evidence.
• Contribute to reviewing documentation and forming conclusions.
• Attend FNB events/trainings scheduled for interns.
