Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is offering a paid ORM Internship at our Pittsburgh office. The program provides exposure to engagement planning, evidence evaluation, work papers, and reporting within the Operational Risk Management department.

You will apply knowledge in business, finance and IT to real-world scenarios, shadow ORM staff, and participate in training, interviews and project rotations designed to build risk-management expertise.

Qualifications

• Needs to be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program with a major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology
• No prior work experience required beyond enrollment in a degree program
• Strong analytical and communication skills desirable

Responsibilities

• Participate in ORM-focused training to understand department workflow
• Shadow ORM staff and project leaders on weekly activities
• Assist with engagement letters, questionnaires and evidence collection
• Help interview individuals for assigned projects and evaluate evidence
• Contribute to final report development and learn regulatory compliance basics
