Qualifications

• 8+ years of risk management experience in a large financial institution.
• Experience coordinating control testing engagements; familiarity with coding and technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build a framework for control assurance testing across key business processes.
• Document current processes and controls, test effectiveness, and identify gaps.
• Manage project collaborators, drive meetings, and apply standard project management processes.
• Partner with operational risk leads to track remediation efforts.
• Build reporting/dashboard infrastructure for operational risk metrics.
• Generate and distribute firm-wide risk reporting and metrics.
