Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara, CA (NYSE: P) seeks an Operational Resilience Specialist to manage the core execution of our resilience program. You will drive BIAs and TIAs, establish recovery objectives, and partner with system owners, IT operations, and risk leadership to safeguard business continuity at scale.

You will lead BCP/DRP development, backup readiness, CAPA workflows, and governance reporting. This is an in‑office role with a strong base salary and potential incentive pay or equity.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Technical Impact Assessments (TIAs).
• Proven ability to develop and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
• Knowledge of backup, restore, and recovery workflows; disaster readiness testing.
• Experience tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Familiarity with governance reporting and audit readiness.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive BIAs and TIAs across the organization to establish recovery objectives and dependencies.
• Develop, update, and QA Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) to align with operations.
• Develop and test Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and related recovery procedures.
• Coordinate backup coverage, retention, restore procedures, and dependencies.
• Direct CAPA lifecycles arising from incidents and audits; ensure timely remediation.
• Maintain data integrity in governance tools and deliver clean, audit-ready reports.
• Lead resilience exercises and document outputs to drive process improvements.
