Job summary

Everpure is seeking an Operational Resilience Specialist to propel enterprise readiness by managing BIAs, TIAs, DRPs and related processes. You will drive end-to-end consistency, throughput and accuracy of assessments and maintenance activities across IT operations and risk leadership.

This role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, data governance, and proactive resilience improvements. The base salary ranges from $97,000 to $146,000 USD and the position is in-office in Lehi, Utah.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BIAs and TIAs with clear objectives.
• Experience in DRPs and testing of recovery procedures.
• Knowledge of backup coverage, retention, RTO/RPO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive BIAs/TIAs to establish recovery objectives and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans with QA checks.
• Develop, update, test, and QA Disaster Recovery Plans and procedures.
• Validate backup coverage, retention, restore procedures, and dependencies.
• Manage CAPA lifecycles from incidents and audits with owners.
• Maintain governance tools and provide clean, audit-ready reports.
• Lead resilience exercises and improve standard operating templates.
