Job summary

New York City Football Club LLC is seeking a Manager of Operational Readiness for Etihad Park, NYCFC’s future stadium. The role focuses on owning the integrated schedule, tracking milestones, dependencies, and readiness gates across workstreams to ensure a successful opening.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Capital Projects Delivery & Operations, the Manager will support governance, executive reporting, and proactive risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of full-time professional experience in program management or similar.
• Experience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, and action trackers.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to build tracking tools.
• Familiar with Asana or Microsoft Project and rapid tooling adoption.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated Operational Readiness Program schedule.
• Track progress against milestones and readiness gates; identify delays and risks.
• Coordinate with workstream owners for updates; maintain accurate schedules.
• Prepare executive-ready program updates and reporting materials.
• Identify dependencies and drive recovery actions to keep delivery on track.
