Job summary

In this role you will drive readiness planning, leverage AI for forecasting, track metrics, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes and reduce costs as Twin Valley scales fiber expansion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics, telecommunications, business, or supply chain/operations preferred.
• One year of experience in a telecommunication or CATV technical position, or two years of related education, preferred.
• Experience in inventory, fleet, facilities, purchasing, or operations coordination preferred.
• Skill in operating various hand and power tools, required.
• Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet the company’s insurance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness records, reports, dashboards, and key metrics to support operational visibility.
• Track fleet compliance and readiness metrics; verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing within budget authority.
• Document SOPs and drive consistency and scalability across processes.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational readiness activities for staff, crews, and contractors.
• Support facilities readiness, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Use AI to automate readiness forecasting, demand planning, and reporting.
