Job summary

Banda Group International (BGI) is seeking an Operations Specialist to support facility operations within a highly regulated national security environment. The role collaborates with facility, technical, and programmatic teams to plan, schedule, and document actions in accordance with DOE and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in operational, technical, regulated, or compliance-driven environments.
• Experience coordinating activities and tracking across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience participating in field-based activities such as walkdowns or inspections.
• Ability to apply organizational policies and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple organizations.
• Serve as a central coordination point between facility personnel, programmatic customers, and technical teams.
• Support operational readiness planning and execution for technical and regulated facility operations.
• Participate in facility and area walkdowns to evaluate field conditions and readiness.
• Support internal assessments, external audits, and corrective actions.
• Track actions through completion and communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
• Translate technical requirements into clear plans, procedures, and documentation.
