Kelly Services is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Operational Quality Visual Inspection Lead. In this role, you will perform 100% manual visual inspection of filled and sealed drug product vials in a controlled environment. Utilizing standardized lighting and approved inspection techniques, you will be responsible for evaluating each vial for visible particulate matter, as well as container, closure, fill, and cosmetic defects. Nonconforming units will be removed, escalations made for uncertain conditions, and thorough documentation of inspection results is required as part of Good Documentation Practices. This is a structured, full-time inspection position. Comprehensive training and qualification will be provided; no previous pharmaceutical or visual inspection experience required.
