Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a mid-level Operational Program Manager II to provide temporary coverage across two sister teams within our central Strategy and Operations organization in Austin, TX. The role is a 50/50 split between BI StradOps and Back-Office Program Management, focused on continuity, coordination, and process maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of mid-level IT, Enterprise, or Operations Program/Project Management experience.
• Proficiency with Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and enterprise ticket-tracking tools (Jira, Buganizer, Task Flow).
• Strong operational rigor, organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain routine business operations, including KPI reviews, QBRs, and OKR tracking.
• Schedule and coordinate dry runs, reminders, and maintain operational project documentation.
• Monitor action items and task execution across cross-functional teams, escalating risks or blockers as needed.
• Maintain clear, organized asynchronous and written communications across internal groups.

Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Operational Program Manager II to provide temporary coverage across two sister teams within our central Strategy and Operations (StradOps) organization. This position is a 50/50 split supporting Business Intelligence (BI) StradOps and Back-Office Program Management.

The primary objective of this role is operational business continuity-running, coordinating, and maintaining established processes, tracking deliverables, and ensuring cross-functional alignment while full-time team members are on leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Continuity: Run and maintain routine business operations, including KPI reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and OKR tracking.
• Process Coordination: Schedule and coordinate dry runs, send routine reminders, and maintain operational project documentation.
• Task & Risk Tracking: Monitor action items and task execution across cross-functional teams using standard ticketing systems, proactively escalating potential risks or blockers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, organized, and effective asynchronous and written communications across internal groups.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in mid-level IT, Enterprise, or Operations Program/Project Management.
• Tooling: Proficiency in Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and enterprise task/ticket tracking tools (e.g., Buganizer, Task Flow, Jira, or similar).
• Core Competencies: Strong operational rigor, exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management.

Background: General IT or enterprise project context. (Prior cloud, infrastructure, or AI/ML experience is a nice-to-have, but not required).
