Job summary

Forge Point, an all-in-one SEO infrastructure management platform for iGaming operators, seeks a Marketing Lead. This hands-on role owns the pipeline from demo calls to nurtured leads, working directly with Product, Development, and Sales.

You will own CRM, marketing ops, LinkedIn strategy, PR and thought leadership, and act as the connective tissue that moves opportunities forward. The position is remote, full-time, and offers direct access to founders and engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on B2B marketing experience.
• Track record of generating qualified demo calls and moving leads through a funnel to sales.
• Strong command of CRM tools and marketing operations.
• Ownership of LinkedIn as a demand and outreach channel.
• Experience shaping PR / thought-leadership strategy.
• Operational, systems-minded approach connecting Product, Dev and Sales.
• Excellent written English and Ukrainian for a technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation end to end for iGaming operators.
• Own CRM setup, hygiene, segmentation, workflows and reporting.
• Manage LinkedIn presence and outreach to book meetings.
• Lead PR & positioning to grow Forge Point's authority.
• Coordinate Product, Dev and Sales messaging and roadmap feedback.
• Track funnel performance and report actionable numbers.
