Job summary

IntelliGenesis seeks a highly qualified Cryptologic Language Professional to support SIGINT operations in Maryland. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and fluency in Chinese.

Responsibilities include processing voice and graphic language materials, transcription, translation, gisting, and quality control of translations. Advanced ILR Level 3/3 testing within the last two years is required, with extensive experience across language processing and cryptologic operations.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years cryptologic experience; 4 years may substitute
• ILR Level 3/3 (L/R) scores must be indicated on resume with test date
• 8 of the 15 years in cryptologic operations language processing
• 6 of 8 years in cryptologic language processing
• 5 of 8 years in translating/transcribing and gisting
• 3 years of experience in quality control review at ILR level 3

Job Duties

• Perform tasks required to process voice and/or graphic language materials in support of SIGINT Operations
• Transcribe complex and sophisticated spoken material and translating complex and sophisticated written material
• Gist complex and sophisticated written material
• Perform quality control review of translations and transcripts of complex and sophisticated written material

Required Skills:

• US Citizens Only
• Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years full-time combined cryptologic language processing, related language and/or related cryptologic experience and aBachelor’s degree;four (4) additional years of related, applied practical work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Possess recent (within the last two years) validated Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Skill Level 3/3 (L/R). Scores m** ust be indicated on resume along with date test was taken.**
• At least eight (8) of the fifteen (15) years of experience shall be in performing Cryptologic Operations language processing
• At least six (6) of the eight (8) years of experience in the required language shall be in cryptologic language processing
• At least five (5) of the eight (8) years of experience in the required language shall be in translating and/or transcribing, and gisting
• At least three (3) years of the experience in the require language shall be in performing quality control review of both audio translations and text translations at the ILR level 3
• No more than seven (7) of the required fifteen (15) years of experience shall reporting be the primary duty
• One (1) of the eight (8) years of experience in the required language shall be within six (6) years of resume submission

Compensation Range: $161,000 - $221,000
