Job summary

ForMotion Clinic in Nashville is seeking an Operational Initiatives Specialist to plan, execute, and sustain programs across our multi-site network. The role supports new partner integrations, EMR transitions, training, and program rollout, with a focus on quality execution and change management.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, experience in healthcare operations, and comfort with travel; proficiency in data analysis and Power BI is a plus, and hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in healthcare operations in a multi-site environment preferred.
• Experience in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics (O&P) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and dashboards (Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional operational initiatives by independently managing assigned workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
• Exercise judgment in prioritizing tasks, identifying risks, and escalating issues to ensure initiatives stay on track.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, clinical leadership, IT, strategy and project management to support planning and execution.
• Communicate updates and synthesize feedback to align markets and programs.
• Assist in developing, tracking, and reporting KPIs to evaluate operational impact.
• Support change management activities, including training strategies, process documentation, and end-user enablement.
• Travel to clinic locations as needed to support initiatives and integrations.
• Manage integrations with acquisitions and EMR transitions as main project manager.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports.
