Johnson Matthey is seeking an Operational Excellence SWAT Specialist to drive high-value improvements at a site-based role in Chester, PA with global reach. You will identify opportunities, lead programmes from diagnosis through results, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and experience guiding cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve P&L and cash generation.
