Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead process improvement initiatives across the hospital. You will drive projects using Six Sigma and Lean methods to deliver measurable performance gains and integrate improvements into the strategic plan.
Collaborating with Patient Care, Ancillary and Administrative leadership, you will coach Green Belts and develop an organizational knowledge base and toolkit for Lean and Six Sigma practices.

In addition, the role will have responsibility for ensuring that Lean Six Sigma is fully integrated into the hospital strategic plan as the primary means for implementing strategies and conducting improvement projects.
Interface closely with leadership within Patient Care Services, Ancillary Services, Support
Services and Administration.

Successful candidates will also be responsible forcoaching Green Belts and
help build an organizational knowledge base and improvement toolkit in Lean and Six
Sigma.
3-5 years in- depth experience utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.
Analyst should have proven Six Sigma, Lean and Project Management experience
Analyst should have proven problem solving skills and deep system experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (i.e. ASQ certification, GE Leadership Development Training, or an Accredited University program) preferred
