Job summary

Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Software Engineer to strengthen and grow our data collection, software interfaces, and infrastructure used to report key business metrics and analyze our manufacturing process in real time.

You will work with a team of veteran material scientists and engineers across disciplines, supporting and leading development projects to maximize productivity on R&D and production lines by improving software experiences, automating tasks,

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Software Engineer to strengthen and grow our data collection, software interfaces, and infrastructure, which we use to report key business metrics and analyze our manufacturing process in real time. You will work with a team of veteran material scientists and mechanical, electrical, metrology, and data engineers, supporting and leading various development projects. Our goal will be to achieve maximum productivity for our R&D and production line by improving software experiences, automating tasks, standardizing data collection and application interfaces, and ensuring application security. A strong candidate has a subset of the listed skills/qualifications and an interest in developing others.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:

• Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.

• Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
