As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. Your expertise in Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, and other tools will help identify improvement areas, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

You will report directly to the Operational Excellence Director and work from our Houston, TX, or Morris Plains, NJ locations.

This role will significantly impact productivity, streamline operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop strategies.
• Implement Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
• Work with manufacturing and other teams to solve problems and improve efficiency.
• Analyze data to find efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and implement best practices, SOPs, and metrics.
• Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, and other tools.
• Guide teams in implementing changes and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate initiative effectiveness.
• Present reports and recommendations to senior management.

YOU MUST HAVE

• At least 5 years of experience in operational excellence and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
