Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Excellence projects from planning through implementation and sustainment.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and communication strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand current processes and identify friction points.
• Establish and improve standardized processes, workflows, tools, and documentation.
• Facilitate continuous improvement activities and Make Work Better initiatives.
• Ensure project solutions are practical, scalable, and customer-focused.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions; develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate project status, outcomes, and next steps to teams and leaders.
• Support change management and sustainment of new processes and standards.
• Capture lessons learned and share repeatable practices across teams.
• Promote accountability and collaboration within the organization.
