The position requires 2+ years in customer service or sales with electrical products knowledge, plus proficiency in SAP and MS Office. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a business or trade degree preferred or the equivalent in work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service, quotation or sales experience with strong knowledge of electrical products preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product lines, applications, and supplier pricing policies preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows PC, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP software.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises staff to meet goals and uphold high-quality standards.
• Provides project management for assigned projects to meet sales and gross profit objectives.
• Manages projects from planning through completion, including bidding and scheduling.
• Ensures quality customer support through expediting, pricing, follow-up, returns and related services.
• Coaches the team to respond promptly to customer technical inquiries and requests.
• Coordinates with customers and internal teams to meet deadlines and specifications.
• Maintains project schedules and accurate project databases.
• Persists in coordinating information on customer needs, pricing, products and competition.
