Job summary

Interstates in Sioux Falls, SD; Sioux Center, IA; or Omaha, NE seeks a PM Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training that supports the growth of our Project Management teams. You will create scalable onboarding and improve adoption of PM systems such as WBS, Intertrak, ASTA, Estimating, O3, AWP, and Spectrum.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical processes into practical training.
• Experience developing training materials or facilitating learning preferred.
• Project Management experience or familiarity with PM processes and systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training for Project Management teams.
• Focus training on WBS, Intertrak, ASTA, Estimating, O3, AWP, and Spectrum.
• Provide training support to APM 1 and APM 2 employees.
• Develop training materials, resources, and learning activities.
• Partner with PM leadership to identify training needs.
• Deliver engaging, practical, and consistent training across teams and locations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of Project Management staff.
• Maintain knowledge of PM systems and best practices.
• Travel to Interstates locations to support training needs.
