The Operations Excellence Manager, CIP & Process Optimization is responsible for identifying and improving logistics and operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Employees use their hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch; they may need to stand, walk, and lift. Frequent use of computer and telephone equipment. Travel may be required domestically and internationally, up to 50% by plane and automobile.
The work environment is usually low to moderate in noise level, with minimal exposure to fumes or airborne particles.

Expected base pay range: $118,000 – $150,000 annually. Compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
