Job summary

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. seeks an Operational Excellence, Engineering, & Maintenance Manager to drive the Apogee Management System (AMS) across manufacturing operations.

You will lead maintenance, plant engineering, and operational excellence efforts to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost through disciplined problem solving and standard work. You will guide cross-functional teams, apply Kaizen, PDCA, and other AMS methods, and partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience with impact on operations.
• Proven experience deploying and sustaining CI and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong Lean knowledge and experience leading Kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance supervisor, plant engineering, and operational excellence engineers.
• Lead deployment and sustainment of the AMS across sites.
• Drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost improvements via structured initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to execute improvement work aligned with business metrics.
