Job summary

OBE is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead the site OpEx program, drive process improvement, and coach teams toward zero harm and quality excellence.

You will develop site strategies, implement improvement projects, and oversee quality initiatives to ensure top performance across manufacturing and logistics. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kaizen events and implementing lean tools.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics flows.
• Experience developing and implementing quality systems (PFMEA, control plans, standardized work, audits).

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the OpEx system to support site performance and safety.
• Develop and execute the site OpEx strategy and training materials.
• Identify opportunities and lead OpEx projects with Front Line Leaders.
• Oversee quality initiatives and metrics to drive industry-leading performance.
