Qualifications

• Active PROSCI Change Management certification.

• Experience in process mapping using Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect and map future-state workflows across finance, contracts, and supply chain.
• Partner with IT and functional leads to implement ERP, planning, and inventory systems.
• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new processes.
• Use data analysis to monitor process performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal and defense regulations with audit readiness.
