Zusammenfassung

Nexans Erembodegem – Euromold Division seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across the accessories production site. You will analyze production methods, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, quality, and capacity utilisation.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead data‑driven cost optimization initiatives, harmonise standards, and coach Process Engineers and line management in problem solving and performance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations.
• Proven experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Experience leading improvement projects in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in accessories production advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Analyse production trends and data (OEE, losses, deviations) to identify improvements.
• Develop prioritized action plans based on insights.
• Define and maintain standard toolbox for performance analysis and problem solving.
• Harmonise practices across production areas with common standards.
• Support site-wide improvement projects to reduce costs and increase capacity.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to implement actions.
