Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process improvement or related analytical role.
• Experience mapping, analyzing, and redesigning business processes with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred) and workflow configuration.

Responsibilities

• Assess, map, and redesign business processes across operations to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Own and optimize NetSuite/ERP workflows and drive adoption across teams.
• Improve production throughput through changeover reduction, line balancing, scheduling efficiency, and yield optimization.
• Standardize innovation management from ideation to scale-up and post-launch review.
• Build a Lean/Six Sigma framework to foster ongoing optimization across the organization.
• Define and track KPIs for operational performance and report progress to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects from scoping through implementation.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to streamline product development workflows and quality systems.
