Job summary

Experis is seeking an Operational Excellence Facilitator to join the Operations team. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes and partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Leadership to drive measurable improvements.

The role involves facilitating workshops, Kaizen events, and training programs, while maintaining visual management boards and performance metrics to track engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, or related field.
Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or improvement initiatives.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.

Responsibilities

Support and facilitate Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement programs across the site.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to identify and execute improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and team meetings focused on process improvements.
Assist with development and delivery of Operational Excellence training programs.
