Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in process improvement or operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management or data analysis tools a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S or other improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track continuous improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and deliver training programs on process improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
• Collect and analyze data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs, implement process changes and standard practices.
• Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and improvement workshops.
• Monitor results of improvement efforts and prepare progress and performance reports.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
