You will collect information, assess non‑investment risks, and lead discussions with senior managers across governance, controls, and compliance. The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and collaboration within a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of hedge fund structures, terms, operations, accounting, and regulatory topics.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Demonstrated judgment, curiosity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing operational due diligence reviews of third‑party investment managers.
• Lead due diligence meetings with senior personnel to evaluate governance, controls, and risk areas.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Investment Strategy, Legal, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
• Review due diligence materials and prepare comprehensive reports and memoranda.
• Identify risks and remediation actions and monitor progress and communications.
