Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence of third-party investment managers.
• Lead due diligence meetings with senior manager personnel on infrastructure and controls.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Investment Strategy, Legal, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
• Review due diligence materials and regulatory filings, audits, and offering documents.
• Identify operational risks and coordinate remediation with managers.
