Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, margins, inventory, working capital and plant operations.
• Proven ability to improve profitability and operational performance.
• Experience strengthening forecasting, cash-flow management, reporting and financial controls.
• Ability to evaluate, develop and lead a finance organization.
• Collaborative but confident leadership style with high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with international/cross-border or foreign-parent-company environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve visibility into plant, product, customer, and program profitability within 12–24 months.
• Strengthen working capital management and evaluate capital investments.
• Improve management reporting and financial controls.
• Support strategic growth and diversification initiatives.
