Bank of America is seeking an experienced operations accounting professional to resolve complex accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You will analyze issues and apply judgment using standard processes.

The role requires meticulous problem-solving, training teammates, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm ET, office-based with growth opportunities.

Formación

• 1–3 years of reconciliation experience.
• Familiarity with Official Items systems such as SMS, FIRST, FDES, APECS, IMAGEVIEW, CONTENT NAVIGATOR.
• Strong PC and calculator skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer focus and team orientation.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment with SLA adherence.
• Understanding of debits/credits and banking regulations.
• Ability to adapt to change and drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers and invoices.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
• Process invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Follow workflow processes and adhere to SLAs and regulations.
• Manage end-to-end workflow using accounting systems.
• Research and analyze complex procedures during account reconciliations.
