Responsibilities

• Accelerate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close and reporting.
• Assist in implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure all property-related journal entries and reconciliations are completed on time.
• Perform general ledger account analysis.

Skills

Experience with computer-based accounting systems

Intermediate to advanced MS Excel

Knowledge of US GAAP

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Strong organizational skills

Education

Active CPA license

5+ years of experience in operational accounting

Public accounting experience
