Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions in California is seeking a Deburr Tech to perform precision deburring on orthopedic components using a microscope and hand tools. This role emphasizes meticulous surface finish and dimensional accuracy on small parts.

You will follow safety procedures, use calipers and gauges to verify measurements, and keep work areas clean. Prior experience is not required, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and opportunities for training and growth available.

SHIFT

SNA - Shift 2 (10%) (United States of America - California)

PAY RATE

$16.88 - $20.00 per hour depending on previous experience + 10% premium added to base hourly rate for all hours worked on 2nd shift.

• Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs (rough edges, curls, or ridges caused by machining) from small parts like screws.
• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, comparators) to check for dimensional accuracy.
• Follow all safety and work procedures carefully.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Report equipment or material issues to your supervisor or lead.
