Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions seeks a Deburr Technician to finish orthopedic parts used in medical devices. You will work hands-on with microscopes to remove burrs from small components, ensuring precise dimensions and quality. The role emphasizes attention to detail in a regulated manufacturing setting.

You will operate measurement tools such as calipers and gauges, follow all safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Or Equivalent preferred for entry-level production.
• Manufacturing experience preferred in a precision environment.
• Microscope and/or small-part handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

SHIFT SNA - Shift 1 ($0) (United States of America - California) PAY RATE: $16.88 - $20.00 per hour depending on previous experience.

What You’ll Do

• Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs (rough edges, curls, or ridges caused by machining) from small parts like screws.
• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, comparators) to check for dimensional accuracy.
• Follow all safety and work procedures carefully.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Report equipment or material issues to your supervisor or lead.
