Job summary

Tindall Corporation in the United States (SC) is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist project teams with document control, scheduling, and meeting coordination. The role requires 1–3 years of administrative experience, a high school diploma (associates or bachelor’s a plus), and strong MS Office skills plus familiarity with project tools such as Smartsheet, Procore, AutoDesk or IFS.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project tools (Smartsheet, Procore, AutoDesk, IFS).
  • Superior time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Follow safety and quality rules to ensure a safe working environment and high‑quality product output.
  • Manage project calendars, shipping samples, and schedule/coordination of meetings.
  • Organize, update, and distribute project files, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams; route messages and answer routine inquiries.
  • Update project management software to track milestones, tasks, and deadlines; alert management to potential delays.
  • Help track project expenditures, compile expense reports, and process invoices or purchase orders.
