Job summary

1440 Multiversity in the Santa Cruz Mountains seeks an Operations Support Associate specializing in safety and security to join our mission-driven team. You will work across campus departments to support guest experiences while maintaining a secure, welcoming environment.

This role requires professional security experience, strong communication, calm emergency response, and a commitment to our core values. On-site at our 75-acre campus, you will collaborate with staff to uphold safety protocols

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in professional security, law enforcement, EMS or similar role.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and alertness.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Basic building maintenance knowledge required.
• Proven ability to handle emergencies effectively and calmly.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to remain professional at all times.
• Solid ability with basic computer programs for creating documents.
• Bilingual a plus and alignment with mission and values.
