Position Overview

K18 seeks a highly skilled Operations Strategy Implementation Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives, ensure seamless execution, and drive operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management, cost optimization, tariff mitigation, and long-term risk management. It is a fully remote, fixed-term position to lead a strategic project lasting approximately 6-9 months.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Optimization: Develop strategies to optimize the supply chain for cost efficiency, timely delivery, and high-quality standards.
• Tariffs Mitigation: Analyze trade regulations and tariffs to minimize costs and ensure compliance. Develop mitigation strategies.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess risks related to geopolitical, environmental, and economic factors; develop plans for business continuity.
• Process Improvement: Find opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.
• Data Analysis: Use analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform decisions. Implement tools for supply chain visibility.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with procurement, logistics, finance, and marketing to align and execute strategies.
• Change Management: Develop plans for smooth transitions and system adoption.
