Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field, at least two years in a healthcare management role, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in healthcare, preferably home healthcare.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to pediatric home healthcare services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and improving financial performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
