Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector Global C2 Solutions BU is looking for Business Operations Leads to support the IBCS Operating Unit (OU) and Strategic Mobile C2 Operating Unit(OU). The BU’s portfolio of capabilities includes Integrated Air and Missile Defense, Multi-Domain Command and Control, weapon systems engineering integration and test, sensor and effector integration, and Agile DevSecOps SW development. There are 2 available positions : one to be filled in Huntsville, AL, and the other to be filled in Bellevue, NE.
The primary objective of the position is to support the OU in the successful execution of cost, schedule, and technical performance in the delivery of products and services to the customer. The OU Operations Lead reports to the BU Chief of Staff within the Business Operations and Strategic Growth organization, and will also serve as the Operations Lead for the OU Director; primary responsibilities include the management and oversight to the following critical functions :

Salary Range : $87,000.00 - $130,600.00Salary Range 2 : $108,400.00 - $162,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
