Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Wisconsin.
• BLS/CPR certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from surgical suites.
• Verify patient identity and complete documentation prior to transport.
• Assist with patient transfers while maintaining safety, dignity, and privacy.
• Communicate patient concerns or changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Support PACU staff with patient transport and other assigned duties.
• Provide direction and support to patients and family members.
• Restock supplies and obtain equipment from designated locations.
• Assist with operating room cleaning, turnover, and prep between cases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
• Assist in orienting new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In this position the Operating Room Transporter/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will:
