Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for procedures and ensure instruments and sterile supplies are ready.
• Provide scrub support to surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and compliance with infection control policies.
• Assist with patient care before, during, and after surgery to ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and other perioperative team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
