Job summary

Beaufort Memorial Hospital in Bluffton is seeking an organized Operating Room Technician to support perioperative teams in a fast-paced surgical environment. You will assist in patient positioning, prepping, draping, and equipment handling to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

In this role, you will support the OR with room turnover, supply restocking, specimen handling, and coordination with MDAs, RNs, and CRNAs. BLS is required before first shift, and Anesthesia Tech credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in perioperative care or hospital OR setting preferred.
• Ability to assist in patient positioning, prepping, and draping.
• BLS certification required before first clinical shift; Anesthesia Technician credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the perioperative care team with patient prep and surgical setup.
• Turnover OR rooms and restock supplies after procedures.
• Support routine and complex cases under supervision of MDAs, RNs, and CRNAs.
