Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare operative suite and sterile field for procedures.
• Assist surgeon by passing instruments and maintaining back table organization.
• Assist with room setup, draping, counts, and post-procedure cleanup.
• Mentor or train staff and students as needed; support performance improvement initiatives.
