Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a CAAHEP/ABHES Surgical Technology Program or military surgical technology program.
• Completion of 15 hours of continuing education annually to remain qualified.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintains sterile environment and proper handling of instruments and equipment.
• Passes instruments to surgeon/assistant during surgery.
• Ensures readiness of supplies and equipment for procedures.
