Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in the Jackson, MI area. The role supports OR services with diverse shifts including day, night, and mid shifts. Multiple work types available: full time, part time, and per diem, with an emphasis on teamwork and patient safety.

Candidates should have an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and OR experience. ACLS/PALS certifications are preferred, with strong aseptic technique and communication skills to

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of OR or surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care

Qualifications
