Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) to join hospitals in the Grand Blanc, MI area. The role oversees pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for diverse surgical cases.

Ideal candidates hold ADN or higher, an active RN license, and 1+ year OR experience; ACLS/PALS are preferred. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for patient and family support.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years OR/surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Aseptic and sterile technique experience.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe operating room environment.
• Assist in intra-operative care and nursing/technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.
