Job summary

Incredible Health is actively hiring OR/Surgical Nurses (RNs) in East Norriton, PA. The role supports a variety of surgical settings, including CVOR, Neuro, On-call, Open heart, Ortho, PACU, and more.

Night and mid shifts are available; both full-time and part-time options. Responsibilities include direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, maintaining aseptic conditions, and communicating with patients and families about procedures and post-op care.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ years OR experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Aseptic and sterile technique knowledge.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care.
