Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room/Surgical Nurse (RN) in Abington, PA. The role supports OR teams across disciplines, providing direct patient care before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.

Candidates should hold an ADN or higher in nursing, maintain an active RN license, and bring 1+ year OR or surgical setting experience. ACLS/PALS preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of OR or surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care.
