Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking an OR support role to maintain the operating room environment and assist the nursing team with patient transfers and positioning. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of healthcare or customer service experience.

LNA/CMA/EMT is preferred but not required. This is a Per Diem, Days role with rotating weekend call and a pay range of $18.73–$29.04 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• LNA/CMA/EMT preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean OR in accordance with AORN and regulatory standards.
• Assist the registered nurse in the lateral transfer of patients.
• Assist with positioning OR patient on a surgical bed under the direction of an RN and in accordance with AORN standards.
